INSTALLING A CHIMNEY IN A NEW HOUSE
Are you planning to build a new home and would like to install a fireplace or insert?
The TOTEM Technika range is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the European Eco Design 2022 standard, thanks to its independent air system and quality sealing. These fireplaces guarantee high-quality combustion and optimum performance in terms of the ratio between the quantity of wood burned and the heat obtained.

The Technika range for new-build and renovation homes complies with European Eco Design 2022 standards, and is rapidly evolving thanks to the work of our design office.
All these fireplaces and inserts are eligible for the Fonds Air.

Equipment not listed in either of these 2 registers is NOT eligible for the Air Funds.
AIR - WOOD FUND
The Air Bois Fund will continue to evolve in 2025 to encourage the replacement of inefficient wood-burning appliances.
Objectives and financing
ADEME is continuing its commitment over the period 2021-2025, with a replacement target of 600,000 appliances. The total national budget dedicated to the scheme amounts to 46.8 million euros up to 2026, including a 21 million euro contribution from ADEME.
Conditions of eligibility
To qualify for assistance, you must replace :

An open fireplace (regardless of year of construction).

A closed fireplace, stove or boiler installed before 2002.
The new equipment must be :

Flamme Verte label.

Or registered in the ADEME register of equivalent appliances.

Note that the Île-de-France region closed its system on January 24, 2025.
The amount of assistance varies from region to region, ranging from 500 to 2,000 euros, and may be higher when the local authority works with ADEME, or depending on your resources.
