1What is the Technika range?
TOTEM's Technika range embodies our commitment to energy performance and modernity. Our Technika fireplaces and stoves are designed to be airtight, guaranteeing high-quality combustion, high efficiency and low emissions. Compatible with RT 2012 and EcoDesign 2022 standards, they can be integrated into both renovation and new-build projects, including low-energy houses. Thanks to a wide variety of models and exclusive innovations, the Technika range meets every need for comfort, safety and contemporary design.
2How to choose your fireplace?
To choose the most suitable fireplace, it's essential to take several criteria into account: the surface area to be heated, the insulation of your home, the climate of your region and your heating needs (main room or whole house). As a general rule, you need to allow for around 1 kW of power for every 10 m² to be heated. A well-insulated home will require less power than an older one. We recommend that you consult the technical data sheet for each model, and seek the advice of a TOTEM professional, to guarantee an optimal and safe choice.
3Why close off an open fireplace with a custom-made insert?
Closing an open fireplace with a TOTEM custom-made insert considerably increases energy efficiency, from 10-20% for an open fireplace to over 75% with an insert. This maximizes the heat produced, saves energy and reduces environmental impact. What's more, a custom-built insert enhances fireplace safety by preventing ember spatter and complying with the strictest French standards. Our inserts are made in France, adapted to each configuration, and offer harmonious integration into all interiors.
4Which size to choose for a Totem fireplace stove?
The choice of dimensions for your TOTEM fireplace stove depends on the size of the room to be heated, the configuration of your space and your aesthetic preferences. Our models come in a range of sizes, for example front-facing stoves in 500, 800 and 1000 versions, with outputs ranging from 6.5 kW to 12.5 kW. It's important to measure the space you're planning to heat, and to choose a stove with the right output for your needs. Fireplace stoves

TOTEM fireplace stoves combine the power of a traditional stove with the elegance of a modern fireplace. Thanks to their three glass sides, these appliances offer a 180° view of the fire, creating a warm, enveloping atmosphere in the living space.

Innovation for comfort

The AMBEL FRONTAUX range is available in three distinct versions:

  • PCT 500 with 82% efficiency and 6.50kW power output
  • PCT 800 with an efficiency of 76.07% and a power of 10.50kW
  • PCT 1000 with an efficiency of 76.07% and a power of 12.50kW

All these models are EcoDesign 2022-compliant, and benefit from French NF 13240-certified manufacturing.
